We tailor our bespoke full wedding planning service to suit each of our couples’ unique strengths, passions and time constraints.
You may be someone with a creative streak but not much of an interest in logistics. In that case, you can feel free to throw yourself into designing a breathtaking concept for the day, while we work with suppliers to bring your ideas to life.
You will be in control the whole way. With us there to provide as much or as little support as you need.
Our process
1 Designing your perfect day
You may already know exactly what you want for your special day, from the venue right down to your place settings. Or you may not. And that’s great too. This stage is simply about getting to know you as a couple. Together, we’ll take inspiration from your story and the things you’re passionate about to design a concept and brief for the day that lets your personalities shine through.
2 Building your dream team
With our guidance and industry connections, you’ll be able to assemble a team of talented and trusted suppliers to suit your style and budget. Every supplier we recommend will have already received our expert stamp of approval. So you can have complete confidence in their ability to deliver your day exactly as you’d imagined it.
3 All in the details
Now that many of the big decisions are taken care of, it’s time to start joining the dots. As well as managing your budget and scheduling logistics, we’ll also be in constant communication with your suppliers during this time, ensuring they have all the information they need for a totally seamless delivery. This is also the perfect time to start planning all of the personal touches that will delight your guests and make the day truly yours.
4 Bringing your vision to life
When the time comes, we’ll be there every step of the way, co-ordinating suppliers, managing the installation and overseeing the day. We’ll be there to assist you and your guests for the duration, making sure the day flows effortlessly and is every bit as beautiful as you had hoped.

Investment
For full bespoke wedding planning you can expect to pay 12% of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum fee of £12,000 (inclusive of VAT)
